Exhibition for families

The exhibition lets children travel back in time in a playful way. In the three themed rooms "Oriental Palace", "Aboard a Sailing Ship" and "Railways" they solve puzzles, dress up or listen to exciting stories.

Story window – listen and discover

Comfortably sitting on cushions, children explore the colourful fantasy world of picture books. The children listen to an interactive story and subsequently discover related objects in the museum.

Children can explore the museum on their own using the Discovery Suitcase, which contains puzzles and fun activities to do as well as stories to read aloud.

Strollers in the museum

We look forward to your visit with the whole family. Access with your own stroller is limited for space and safety reasons and depends on the exhibitions and the number of visitors. If access with your own stroller is not possible, buggies and baby carriers are available. Our staff at the Welcome Desk will be happy to provide you with more information.
