Room rental includes reservation of the spaces, a prior inspection and the setting up and dismantling of the internal infrastructure. If you need assistance with any other services, from the concept to the realisation and staging of your event, we recommend you also consult an event planner.

The National Museum does not offer catering with the room rental. For any catering requirements, we recommend Restaurant Spitz. Catering for events in the bistro and the Museum foyer is only possible in cooperation with Restaurant Spitz.

The basic equipment available in the rooms is included in the price. Additional services will be charged separately. Final seating numbers are dependent on the technical, infrastructure and catering requirements.

Event material may only be delivered on the day of the event.

Technical support is recommended if the multimedia system in the auditoriums will be used. For events at which multiple microphones/headsets will be used, technical support is mandatory. Additional technical requirements for your event which are not included in the standard equipment can be ordered.
