Wenige kennen die Geschichte des Klosters Einsiedeln so gut wie er. Weil er darin gelebt hat. Der Schriftsteller Thomas Hürlimann ging als Internatsschüler in Mönchskutte dort aufs Gymnasium. Er gründete mit anderen einen Atheistenclub, berauschte sich an Gottfried Benn und liess in der Stiftskirche Papierflieger mit Religionskritik von Nietzsche auf die Pilger segeln. Immer wieder hat sich Hürlimann auch schreiberisch mit dem Wallfahrtsort Einsiedeln auseinandergesetzt, in seinen Romanen und seinen Theaterstücken. Ein Abend der analysierenden Erinnerungen.
